Responsibilities:
• Assess patient needs collaboratively with RNs
• Administer medications and monitor adverse reactions
• Conduct routine lab tests and therapeutic services
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-discharge care
Qualifications:
• BLS certification within 1 month of hire
• Active LPN license
• High school diploma or equivalent
