The Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding our market presence and establishing new business relationships.
JOB SUMMARY: Qualifies and develops sales prospects and clients for the industrial organization. Identifies key clients and actively markets to prospects in an organized and professional manner. The business development manager provides management, estimating, and operations personnel accurate descriptions of the clients and projects specific needs in order to maximize value for both parties. He/she performs duties with a high level of quality, professionalism, and ethics.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identifies qualified clients in strategic markets for the company.

Performs direct marketing functions to generate clients.

Contacts clients through personal site visits, telephone, networking events, e-mail, social media, conventions, and letters.

Maintains relationships with clients until operational unit is ready to manage client relationship.

Assist in the creating of the construction sales and marketing budget.
