Harrisonburg Health & Rehabilitation Center in Harrisonburg, Virginia is seeking - Admission Concierge who will focus on improving customers' and families' experiences in the facility. Ths focus is continuously monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing the patient's experience while interacting with other department heads. The Admission Concierge reports to the facility's Administrator with a dotted line to the Regional Director of Strategic Development.
Welcomes new admissions, builds positive rapport with patients and families. Identifies opportunities to improve service and / or patient experience, investigates concerns, facilitates tours and validates room readiness before admission. Acts as a backup support to the admission team when needed.
Qualifications :
Experience in a healthcare environment preferred. Ability to multitask and problem-solving. Listening skills and time management. Positive, empathetic, and professional sttitude toward customers. Computer skills and advanced communication and customer service skills. Patient-centered and goal-oriented.
