What are the responsibilities and job description for the Waitstaff Waitress Waiter Server position at HARROGATE?
NO MORE LATE NIGHT HOURS !! At Harrogate, our waitstaff is off the clock by 8 p.m. We hire at 16 years of age. Dependability and great customer service a must. Must enjoy working with the elderly. Because of our high-risk population, we do require the influenza vaccination during flu season or face masks must be worn until the end of flu season.
Hours are part time generally from 3:30/4:00 p.m. to 7:30/8:00 p.m. Employees at Harrogate are essential. We operate during inclement weather conditions. We are open 365 days a year including holidays. We recognize 7 holidays for which we offer double-time premium pay.
Harrogate is an upscale lifespan community for seniors encompassing 253 independent living apartments and a 68-bed skilled nursing facility located on the border of Toms River and Lakewood. Harrogate operates a restaurant-style dining and menu within our upscale senior retirement community. Excellent opportunity for young adults entering the workforce. No experience required. Just spring your smile, patience and hospitality. Must have a genuine desire to serve senior citizens and the elderly.
Must be able to lift and carry food weighing at least 35 pounds. Must be able to stand/walk for significant periods of time. Must be able to speak, read and understand English.
