BloomNet is looking for an Account Relationship Manager, who will build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the floral industry. As an organization, we take a customer-centric approach, focusing on nurturing long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction while also utilizing competitive intelligence to effectively position BloomNet's offerings in the marketplace.
This role will be based in Upstate NY(Syracuse, Buffalo and Westchester) area.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct both in-person and telephone meetings to showcase BloomNet's programs.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of BloomNet's products and services.
- Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing customers through various channels (in-person, social media, virtual meetings, site visits, referrals).
- Follow up on quotes and project updates to ensure client satisfaction and identify further business opportunities.
- Stay updated on competitive sales techniques and industry trends.
Use this knowledge to position BloomNet effectively and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Develop and implement a structured follow-up strategy for each sales opportunity to optimize closing rates.
Manage the sales process from initial contact through negotiation to contract closure.Apply new knowledge to enhance sales strategies and contribute to company growth.Provide regular reports to management on sales metrics, achievements, and challenges.Foster a positive team environment and share best practices with colleagues.
- Stay informed about new product features, industry trends, and market developments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and product development.

The expected salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
