Job Description
The ideal candidate for this position is a highly skilled and experienced Master Technician with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance. The successful candidate will have the ability to diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues, as well as provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and repairing engines, steering, brakes, suspension, transmissions, air conditioning, and more
- Completing service and repair assignments efficiently, safely, and correctly to meet dealership and manufacturer standards
- Communicating directly with Service Advisors regarding repair status
- Staying updated with the latest technical advancements and repair techniques
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Master or Journeyman Technician
- Positive attitude and enthusiastic individual with a "Team Player" mentality
- Level 2 & 3 Certifications are a plus, but not required
- Diesel Engine experience is a plus, but not required
- Post-secondary education in automotive repair preferred
- Proven work ethic with an emphasis on Integrity and Transparency
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet day-to-day responsibilities
- Valid Driver's License (required)
- ASE Certification (preferred)
