Harry Robinson Buick GMC is hiring an experienced Parts Consultant for our busy dealership. We are looking for an assertive “go-getter” who is well-spoken and has exceptional customer service skills preferably with a background in retail sales. We offer an excellent work environment as well as benefits. We are a very stable company with an excellent reputation. We are looking for the right person to join our team. The applicant should be familiar with the basic duties the position will require but as an overview.

Job Responsibilities- Parts Consultant:

• Track all incoming and outgoing parts for the dealership.
• Issue parts and accessories to mechanics from the parts counter.
• Utilize the phone and internet to source the best prices for parts.
• Control files, reference books, and other paperwork at the parts counter
• Maintain customer back-order expectations
• Receive original and duplicate copies of repair orders and place in order file
• Pickup, deliver and explain parts to our guests as necessary
• Be willing to do whatever is necessary to take care of the guest

Requirements and Qualifications- Parts Consultant:

• Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Adequate computer and email skills
• Resume must be uploaded for immediate consideration
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background and drug test)
