Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food production, customer service, and staff management
- Managing the overall performance of the restaurant
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage service to members
- Train and supervise staff members to maintain excellent customer service standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menu offerings
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Skills:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food production and POS systems
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions
- Experience in hotel or catering industry is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
