Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- Previous high-volume, full-service restaurant experience preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop others and promote a teamwork atmosphere.
- Ability to train, mentor and develop team members so that they can be set up for complete success.
- Stable track record and work history in previous positions.
- Must be dependable, reliable and a motivated individual.
- Experience in budgeting and food/labor cost control with the ability to achieve profit objectives.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional customer service standards.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (days, nights and weekends).
- The schedule for this role is predominantly mids and closing shifts.
