Requirements
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take orders using current POS, includes cash handling and giving correct change
- Acquire menu knowledge of current menu to help assist guests and navigate food allergies when needed
- Possess strong customer service skills
- Deliver food to customers in a timely manner
- Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
- Bus tables removing dishes and trash
- Check in with guests to ensure they have all appropriate tableware
- Handle various impromptu requests from guests
- Able to work well with others as part of a team
- Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and be able to lift and carry 35 lbs. easily
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping a positive attitude
- Possess excellent communication skills to relay guest feedback to management and ensure guest satisfaction
- Roll silverware and fill beverage station as needed
- Able to perform various cleaning/sanitation duties including sanitizing chairs and tables, countertops, and mopping
- A pre-employment background check required
