Harsha Behavioral Center in Terre Haute, IN, is looking for a Full-time receptionist. Hours would be Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. We are located at 1980 E Woodsmall Dr. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged.

All applicants must be willing and able to work a holiday rotation.

Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining patient records, answering the telephones, assisting the unit with their needs, and assisting with patient visitation.

Essential Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the breakdown of medical records
  • Assisting the unit with their needs
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the correct individual/department
  • Filing paperwork in the patient's physical chart or within our EMR system.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality
  • Making sure the unit(s) is equipped with the supplies they need (both paperwork and supplies)
  • Assisting with patient visitation

  • Dependable and good attendance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
