Duties

• Collaborate with team members to execute construction projects efficiently and safely.
• Assist in the setup and teardown of job sites, ensuring all materials and tools are organized.
• Follow blueprints and technical drawings to complete tasks accurately.
• Operate construction equipment and tools as required, adhering to safety protocols.
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is a plus.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
