As a premier distributor of Occupational, Recreational, Sports, and Employee Health Care Products, HART Health is expanding and looking for driven individuals to join our team as Route Sales and Service Representatives in the Pacific Northwest.
The Role
The Territory Account Representative plays a crucial role in our B2B operations, responsible for servicing an established route of medium and large companies that rely on our First Aid Medical Supplies. You’ll be instrumental in building and maintaining relationships with these customers, ensuring they have the necessary products to keep their employees safe.
You will be provided with a company vehicle stocked with high-quality products, including first aid supplies, medications, AEDs, and eye wash stations. Your daily tasks will involve calling on both new and existing accounts within your territory to install, sell, and restock our full range of products.
As the face of HART Health, you will work to build strong rapport with key decision-makers, maintain quality standards, and proactively address customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a weekly route plan to maximize efficiency and meet goals
- Establish and nurture relationships with key contacts at each location
- Provide expert support for customers’ first aid needs
- Collaborate with the HART Health Business Development Team monthly
- Review HART Health resources weekly for planning and execution
- Meet or exceed the minimum number of daily service stops
- Work independently to achieve sales and service targets
- Manage and maintain both personal and customer inventory levels
- Ensure first aid supplies are well-organized and fully stocked at each account
- Maintain the professional appearance of all first aid kits and equipment
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly
- Achieve or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Keep the work vehicle in top condition
Qualifications:
- 5 years of sales or service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous route experience is a plus
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals
- Strong ability to work independently
Compensation & Benefits:
- On-target earnings: $64,000 - $70,000, including incentives
