What You’ll Do
As a New Home Consultant, you will serve as the trusted advisor for potential buyers, guiding them through every step of their home-buying journey. You’ll be the face of Hart Homes in our communities, building relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will be critical to achieving our company’s vision and growing our presence in the Houston market.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Be the first point of contact for buyers, creating a welcoming and engaging experience. Develop meaningful relationships to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Drive Sales Excellence: Manage daily operations at model home centers, execute sales agreements, and close deals that align with company goals.
- Generate Leads: Proactively source new opportunities through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and outreach strategies.
- Master the Market: Stay informed about local real estate trends, competitor offerings, and community features to position Hart Homes as the best choice.
- Ensure End-to-End Support: Maintain clear communication and follow-up with customers from initial contact to post-closing, fostering trust and satisfaction.
- Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent Hart Homes at sales meetings, community events, and marketing initiatives, always upholding our commitment to excellence.
- Maintain Standards: Oversee the appearance and functionality of model home centers and inventory homes, ensuring they meet company and customer expectations.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to meet community goals and exceed customer expectations.
What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in New Home Sales.
- Familiarity with local real estate market trends and the home-buying process.
