Responsibilities
- Drafting and filing pleadings and discovery
- Appearances both in-person and remote
- Depositions
- Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about their cases.
- Working cases from beginning to end
- Proven experience as a litigation attorney
- Ability to work autonomously and in a collaborative manner
- Trustworthy and collegial
- Strong skills in legal drafting
- Knowledge of MS Office / Office 365
- Valid California State Bar License (Current w/ MCLE Hours)
