Conduct multi-point inspections (battery, brakes, belts, fluids, tires, etc.). Rotate, mount, and balance tires. Keep the service area clean and organized. Learn advanced skills through on-the-job training & formal sessions. Qualifications—Lube Bay Technician : A strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Basic automotive knowledge (preferred, but not required). High school diploma or GED. Team player with great attention to detail. Valid driver’s license & clean driving record. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
