IMMEDIATE OPENING- Multifunction Copier/Printer Technician
Well established, expanding local office solutions company is seeking an additional copier technician to assist with our continued growth within North Central West Virginia (Fairmont - Morgantown area). Technician will perform diagnostic and repair services on a variety of multifunction and printer product lines and must have great customer service skills. Prior experience as a field technician preferred but not required. Training on equipment will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site field service and repair for multifunction copiers and printers, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
- Utilize hand tools and schematics to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
- Maintain strong customer service relationships by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share knowledge on best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency for equipment repair
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Valid Drivers License and good driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
