Your job purpose :
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will play an instrumental role in helping us become rock stars in the packaging world. You’re the guardian of our on-site state-of-the-art digital printers, ensuring that production quality and processes are where they need to be, and having a voice in determining where and how our machines can go and grow.

How you will make an impact:
- Operate a state-of-the-art printer;
- Strive to achieve (and why not surpass!) our daily production objectives;
- Keep our printers in tip-top shape by regularly checking them and cleaning them;
- Regularly conduct quality checks in multiple control points and make sure to follow our quality standards;
- Feed our production lines and ensure they’re always running smoothly;
- Participate in our continuous improvement initiatives;
- Follow and actively participate in our 5S methodology to a clean, organized and safe working environment;
- Follow procedures and adopt safe working practices;
- Capture production and waste data to improve our processes and efficiency;
- Fix and troubleshoot minor issues that might occur during the shift;
- Ensure order completion (cans and add-ons);
- Process dunnage received from customers;

Knowledge and skills required
- Works well as part of a team;
- Good computer skills;
- Good communication skills with the ability to share updates and communicate issues clearly and promptly;
- Reliable, resourceful and punctual;
- Motivated and has a desire to grow and learn;
- Good mechanical skills;
- At ease with technology Get ahead of the game if you already have a fork-lift license;
- Experience in digital or traditional printing is a strong asset.
