Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience in working with At-Risk students recommended
- Ability to deal calmly and effectively with students in small groups and individually
- Dependability and cleanliness
- Organizational skills
- Willingness to follow instructions
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Work Keys, CDA, or associate degree preferred
Job Details:
- Salary as negotiated with the Hart Educational Support Personnel Association
- Monday - Friday, 6.83 hours per day during the school year
- paid time off – sick time, holidays, snow days, personal time
Criminal Records Check: By law, the selected applicant is required to complete a criminal records check. This will be at the prospective employee’s expense and kept on file at the Central Business Office.
Reports to: Ken Byard, Principal
