What are the responsibilities and job description for the Activities Events Lead Summer 2025 position at Hart Ranch Camping Resort Club?
Overall Responsibilities of the Activities Associate:
Assists Activities Supervisor and Special Events Coordinator with Event Center/Rodeo Arena and facilities as assigned. Events areas and general responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Scheduling, training, and evaluating staff needed for events setup/tear down and cleanup.
- Product ordering and inventory
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating events.
- Ensure individuals participating in events have an enjoyable experience.
- Works well with other team members.
- Set up and prepare reserved facilities as required, and ensure necessary coordination is done with Events Techs and other departments
- Meets or exceeds Member service expectations; projects positive, professional communication and demeanor, and stays calm in difficult situations.
- Complies with the Employee Handbook, Safety Manual, By-Laws, Policies, and state/federal laws.
- Ensure that the Pasture Golf, Disk Golf, Events Center, and Rodeo grounds are kept looking well-tended and attractive to help make the resort the kind of place Members and guests can't wait to return to.
- Recommend improvements to the landscaping and implementation as approved.?
