Overall Responsibilities of the Comfort Station Housekeeper:
- Assures that the comfort stations are tidy, sanitary, and have all of the necessary supplies.
- Meets or exceeds Member service expectations.
- Works well with other team members.
- Adheres to Hart Ranch Camping Resort Employee Handbook and Employee Safety Manual.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
The Comfort Station Housekeeper Will:
- Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, showers, and sinks according to checklist and time specifications.
- Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
- Transport janitorial supplies and cleaning supplies. .
- Sweep, scrub, wax, and/or polish floors, using brooms, mops, and/or powered scrubbing and waxing machines.
- Dust and polish shelving, ledges, and equipment.
- Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy.
- Polish silver accessories and metalwork such as fixtures and fittings.
- Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary.
- Notify supervisor concerning the need for major repairs or additions to comfort station operating systems
- Observe precautions required to protect Hart Ranch Members property, and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
- Remove debris from driveways and all public areas inside or out.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper products, and bathroom items.
