Classification: Non Exempt, Part-time, Workamper
Overall Responsibilities of the Patrol Officer:
- This position is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of Members, guests, employees, and physical assets of Hart Ranch Camping Resort Club, Inc.
- Meets or exceeds Member service expectations.
- Works well with other team members.
- Adheres to Hart Ranch Camping Resort Employee Handbook and Employee Safety Manual.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
The Patrol Officer will:
- Prepare logs and reports as required
- Communicate effectively with Members.
- Provide optimal level of services to all Members and guests.
- Observe and report activities and incidents.
- Make periodic patrols to check for irregularities.
- Preserve order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for HRCR that pertain to personnel, visitors, and premises.
- Patrol HRCR on foot or in vehicle; checks for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons.
- Respond to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents.
- Remain alert for the presence of unauthorized persons and/or security code violators; approaches suspicious person and/or notifies police as appropriate; may confront and detain violators, as required, until police arrive
- Provide optimal level of services to all Members and guests.
- Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
- Complete general security tasks
