This is a summer 2025 position
Overall Responsibilities of the Landscaping / Flowers Attendant :
- The Groundskeeper will ensure that the landscape grounds areas are kept looking well-tended and attractive to help make the resort the kind of place Members and guests can't wait to return to.
- Meets or exceeds Member service expectations.
- Works well with other team members.
- Adheres to Hart Ranch Camping Resort (HRCR) Employee Handbook and Employee Safety Manual.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
The Attendant Will :
This position profile identifies the key responsibilities and qualifications for performance. It cannot encompass all specific job tasks that an employee may be required to perform. The employee is required to follow and perform any other job-related instructions and duties as may be reasonably assigned by his / her supervisor.
Requirements
Minimum of 18 years of age. Must be a motivated self-starter. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays & special events as needed. Hold a valid state driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
