PART-TIME SALES ASSOCIATE
HART’s Sales Associate is whip-smart, go-getting, proactive and organized who is passionate about delivering an exceptional retail and customer service experience. They act as brand ambassadors and provide a best-in-class retail experience with a focus on jewelry assembly and sales. They are the host of the party that provides a smooth retail experience to our customers and supports assembly staff. This role would be from April until June, with potential to extend.
REQUIREMENTS
Genuine enthusiasm for retail, fashion, and jewelry and outgoing, friendly demeanor. An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator, personable and has incredible attention to detail and a healthy sprinkle of perfectionism. This person embodies the HART attitude - a positive, fun, curious person who loves people. This position reports to the Store Manager.

STOREFRONT & RETAIL EXPERIENCE
❏ Delivering an exceptional customer experience with a focus on quality and relationship building
❏ Ensure the sales floor is stocked and tidy at all times while adhering to inventory guidelines
❏ Oversee customer flow and HART experience
❏ Drive business through fostering ongoing genuine relationships with customers
❏ Ensures visual merchandising standards are maintained, store is always client-ready and tidy at all times
This role offers a flexible schedule based on individual availability.
