Hartel, DeSantis & Murray, LLP, an AV-Rated Maryland litigation law firm practicing in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia, seeks experienced, full time, hardworking, detail-oriented team players to join our team with at least ONE year insurance defense litigation and Microsoft Office experience. Legal Assistant Duties may include, but not limited to :
- Draft correspondence
- Draft pleadings (answers, discovery, deposition notices, etc.) from forms;
- Efile documents with various courts;
- Schedule and note depositions;
- Schedule telephone conferences;
- Scheduled Court appearances;
- Filing and general office duties;
- Any other assignments / duties as requested.
Paralegal Duties may include any / all duties above for a Legal Assistant, in addition to :
