We are seeking a hardworking and dependable General Laborer to join our team. This position involves a variety of tasks, including general assistance around the shop and yard, as well as yard waste pick-up. The ideal candidate will be reliable, willing to work outdoors, and capable of handling various manual labor tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operations around the shop and yard.
- Perform yard waste pick-up and disposal tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the yard.
- Operate basic hand tools and light machinery as needed.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials.
- Help with general maintenance and repairs in the yard and shop.
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment as required.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 100lbs).
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Previous experience in a labor or construction setting is a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
