Mission of the Role
Working with customers, utilizing communication skills for Account Invoice Resolution
Education / Experience
Associate's Degree or one to three years of experience in accounting or related field is desired. Education and / or experience requirements may be waived at management discretion.
Key Resolution Specialist Accountabilities
- Investigates and verifies financial status and reputation of prospective customers, preparing documents to substantiate findings, and recommending rejection or approval of applications.
- Establishes credit limitations on customer accounts and handles special credit arrangements and deviations from standard terms of payment.
- Analyzes and authorizes customer orders that do not meet company's credit test.
- Establishes and updates customers' credit activities in SX (ERP System.)
- Reviews Aged Accounts Receivable reports to ascertain status of resolution and balances outstanding to evaluate effectiveness of current resolution policies and procedures.
- Coordinates with others, including sales personnel and personnel in company branches to exchange information and update controls.
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Follows all quality processes and procedures as established by Hartfiel Automation.
- Operates within the intended framework of Hartfiel Automation's mission, values, and vision statements.
