Overview:
Hartford Athletic is seeking Gameday Ticket Office Assistants who are motivated by the process of delivering a fan friendly customer service experience. This position is a part-time gameday position that assists ticket operations staff with the primary responsibility being to provide exceptional customer service and assist with ticket operations. The individual will be tasked with the sales, distribution, and service of tickets to fans at events.

The individual will be tasked with the sales, distribution, and service of tickets to fans at events.
Responsibilities:
- Provide positive, friendly, and timely service to all guests
- Assist in person customers requesting information, requiring help with ticket related issues, and seeking to purchase game tickets using computerized ticketing system (SeatGeek).
- Support the Integrated Sales team by referring opportunities for group and season ticket sales.
- Understand all aspects of Ticket Office policies.
- Attend all scheduled Hartford Athletic matches and Trinity Health Stadium ticketed events, serving as a key member of the Front Office.
- Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Brings customer service experience within professional sports, but not a requirement to apply.
- Has knowledge and experience with CRM and ticket sales platforms, but not a requirement to apply.
- Is a quick learner who can retain and apply detailed information.
- Has demonstrated the ability to initiate and build professional relationships with individuals.
- Exhibits patience and empathy in their interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Completes their work efficiently without sacrificing attention to detail.
- Is adaptable and able to effectively troubleshoot when new, unforeseen issues arise.
Requirements:
- Capable of committing to a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on Hartford Athletic/Trinity Health Stadium event schedule.
- Experience using SeatGeek (Unify), or other ticket sales platforms, preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, and ability to interact with a wide range of people.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).
- Conversational Spanish language proficiency preferred.
Compensation:
- $17.00 per hour.
- Complimentary tickets for family/friends to Hartford Athletic regular season matches.
