Position Summary:
Event Day and Guest Services Members will serve a critical role within the organization, as they will help ensure the Club is properly implementing and managing a best-in-class gameday experience as well as helping to promote the Club and our mission at other events and community engagements. Candidates will get first-hand, behind-the-scenes experience on everything it takes to operate successful gamedays and events. Candidates will also be instrumental in working with our Mascot at engagements directly. This is a volunteer internship.

- Fan experience implementation (e.g. Play on the Pitch, Ball Kids, postgame photos on field etc.)

Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and problem-solving approach, with high, outgoing energy
- Be comfortable interacting with fans and providing first-class customer service
- Perform strenuous physical duties, including carrying heavy boxes and equipment
- Must be available to work majority of home matchdays (schedule available on HartfordAthletic.com), weekend and other tabling and community events
