Job Overview
We are seeking an organized, enthusiastic person to join our distillery team. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the restaurant/bar industry as well as food service experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of spirits batches utilizing our recipes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Assemble products accurately while adhering to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Able to lift 50 lb safely, climb ladders when necessary.
- Previous experience in a distillery or spirits facility or similar environment is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to ever changing production needs.
