Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer at Hartford Funding, Ltd. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for originating and servicing residential mortgage loans. While the role is located in Estero, FL, some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Loan Officers and Mortgage Industry knowledge
- Mortgage Lending and Underwriting skills
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with loan origination software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
