Key Responsibilities
- Training & Licensing: Complete our comprehensive training program to obtain your Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license.
- Learn Mortgage Products & Guidelines: Gain an in-depth understanding of loan programs, credit analysis, underwriting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist Loan Officers: Work closely with experienced Mortgage Loan Officers to learn the end-to-end loan origination process.
- Generate Leads: Develop sales and marketing strategies to connect with potential homebuyers and referral partners.
- Client Consultation: Learn how to evaluate borrower financials, explain loan options, and guide clients through the mortgage process.
- Application & Documentation: Assist with mortgage applications, review financial documents, and ensure compliance with lending guidelines.
- Develop Professional Relationships: Build connections with real estate agents, financial advisors, and other industry professionals to establish a strong referral network.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Licensing: Must be willing to obtain a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license (training and support provided).
- Sales & Communication Skills: Strong ability to connect with clients, explain financial concepts, and build relationships.
- Motivation & Work Ethic: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in the mortgage industry.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using mortgage software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
