About the Role:
- Evaluate patients to determine treatment strategies and provide direct or indirect services to restore and rehabilitate disorders of communication, cognition, and swallowing.
- Maximize patient safety and independence through personalized care plans.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree from an accredited Speech Pathology program.
- Current Connecticut license to practice Speech Pathology.
- One year's experience in a healthcare setting, with home health care experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to effectively interact with patients, families, physicians, and co-workers.
