Homemaker / Caregivers provide a variety of healthcare and general wellness duties to clients who rely on our care. These duties may include personal hygiene and grooming care; Assistance with toileting, ambulation, etc.; Providing meals for clients' nutritional needs; Reporting changes in clients' condition to supervisor, or client care coordinator; Performing routine housekeeping and home management duties; Recording each client's care on the care plan and submitting care plan in a timely manner; Assisting with providing emotional support for the clients and their families; Assisting with routine therapy exercises; Participating in case conferences as requested; Attends all required in-service education sessions.
A Live In Caregiver assists clients with aging in place by providing essential duties such as activities of daily living, home management, and companionship all while maintaining the client’s dignity and privacy by living in the client’s home. These responsibilities are carried out with the highest level of customer service and in collaboration with staff, clients and families.
