Job Summary:
Oversees the administrative, clinical, and operational activities of all behavioral health services provided at HHCMG Campus Care, including individual and group mental health counseling and crisis intervention in a college/university setting. Supervises the clinical management team of these services, with a focus on clinical excellence, evidence-based practice, strategic growth, quality analysis, program development, implementation, and stability.
Qualifications
Education:
Master’s Degree in social work or related field.
Experience:
Active CT License in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Alcohol & Drug Counselor, Marital & Family Therapy or Licensed Clinical Psychologist
5-8 years of experience preferably working with young adults or college students
