Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Assistant located in Trumbull, CT. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for providing patient care, preparing patients for examinations, assisting physicians during exams, managing medical records, and maintaining medical office procedures. Duties also include taking medical histories, recording vital signs, and explaining treatment procedures to patients.
Qualifications
- Skills in Medical Assisting and knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Experience in managing Medical Office procedures and Medical Records
- Competence in providing direct Patient Care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a medical assistant training program preferred
