Job Description
Serves as a liaison to and supports HHC’s Population Health Leadership. Responsible for providing analytic, project management, and administrative support to help facilitate and support timely completion, review and management of HHC Population Health initiatives and projects.
Key responsibilities
Support leadership with preparation of internal and external meetings, communications, presentations, and other matters through the development of talking points, memos and presentations and research.
Staff and manage leadership and operational meetings (HHC Population Health Cabinet, Population Health Operations Committee meetings, others as needed) including: scheduling meetings, preparation of agendas, timely preparation of materials, analyze priority metrics and workgroup progress to provide insights, identify trends and priority items to be discussed, management of priorities, and follow-up items.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree required.
- 5 years of experience in project management or health care setting required.
