The facilities technician is responsible for general maintenance duties inside and outside of the facility. Duties can include light plumbing, mechanical repair, painting, yard work, snow removal and other maintenance duties.

Qualifications

One year of general building maintenance experience

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Ability to follow established safety rules and regulations

Able to maintain a safe, clean environment

Proficient ability to operate woodworking equipment, machinery and hand tools
