This is a full-time oncology Ambulatory Care Pharmacist role located at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, CT. The Ambulatory Care Pharmacist will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to oncology patients, including medication management, monitoring, and education. They will collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize drug therapy outcomes and ensure patient safety.
- Clinical pharmacy skills in oncology
