Job Description :
Direct the work of teammates and work closely with the Cyber Ops Management team. Acts as training mentor for their assigned team. Create and / or improve workflows and disseminates information to team members. Provide guidance and assistance on all issues. Conduct audits, team meetings to discuss workflows. Serve as back-up for other TLs, Supervisor of assigned team.
Education and Experience :
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience is required
- 1 years of customer service experience
- Experience working in a customer driven / service industry
- Demonstrated technical proficiency in assigned functional area
- Demonstrated abilitiy to direct work and lead people
