This is a seasonal, part time position that will begin Mid-March 2025 and end Mid-late September 2025.

Position Summary - Game Day Staff
Members of the Game Day Staff, serve as liaison of the Hartford Yard Goats and Dunkin’ Park’s guests to ensure that G.O.A.T Service is provided as it relates to, but not limited to, ticketing, guest flow, general park operations, and guest overall experience.
Essential Functions:
- Be proactive and friendly in greeting and assisting our guests with various inquiries at all points of contact.
- Assist guests with locating seats and escorting guests to their seat, if necessary, in a professional manner.
- Assisting with access control, ensuring all guests are in their proper locations when seated.
- Assume ownership in resolving guest challenges around the stadium (prohibited items, bag rules, and duplicate ticket issues).
- Maintain a working knowledge of stadium operations and ticket office policies and procedures to effectively assist with general questions.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with guests and other employees.
- Members of the GAME DAY STAFF are expected to perform various job functions including but not limited to Usher, Ticket Taker/scanner, Parking Attendant, Guest Services and Hospitality attendant.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Availability to work Hartford Yard Goats home games, special events and more. This may include weeknights, weekends and holidays.
- Must have a positive attitude and availability to deliver world class customer service with a smile and outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather.
- Ability to stand, walk or sit for long periods of time.

If you are offered employment, the positions listed above are Part Time, Seasonal positions. All positions are considered Non-Exempt for FLSA purposes. The hourly rate for all Seasonal positions is $16.35 per hour. As a Part Time, Seasonal employee, you will not have a regular schedule. Your schedule will be based on the Company's business needs, which vary week to week and month to month depending primarily on the 2025 Minor League home baseball schedule for the Hartford Yard Goats. There are no minimum hours guaranteed during any day, week, month or year of your employment.
