What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time instructor, Organizational Psychology Masters Program position at hartford?
The Department of Psychology at the University of Hartford is seeking applicants for a part-time non-tenure track instructor on a term-limited contract. Job duties are limited to developing and teaching a synchronous in-person course in the Master of Science in Organizational Psychology (MSOP) [insert program link https://www.hartford.edu/academics/schools-colleges/arts-sciences/academics/departments-and-centers/psychology/ms-in-organizational-psychology.aspx] program from January 17th to May 8th, 2024. Synchronous in-person classes are offered on our Main Campus in West Hartford once a week from 5:00-7:30 PM. Possible topics include but are not limited to Teams in Organizations, Workplace Training, Organizational Consulting and Professional Practice, and Motivation.We are committed to providing a high-quality educational experience to all our students while supporting them in their academic and professional goals. Our graduate courses are usually capped at 20 allowing for greater student engagement. The MSOP program attracts a diverse group of learners that includes part-time and full-time students, as well as those who come from outside of the US.
