The individual will research AI trends, data center infrastructure, and potential opportunities to maintain and grow a lead list, helping the company succeed in one of its fastest-growing product segments: Heat Transfer Fluids.
Job Responsibilities:
· Ensure client and company success through timely and effective communication
· Support Business Development by nurturing existing customer relationships and prospecting new partners, focusing on the growing sectors of AI and data centers
· Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Business Development teams to ensure relevant content is produced, distributed, and measured for impact
· Research emerging AI trends, data center technologies, and potential opportunities for business growth, contributing to lead generation and strategic sales efforts
· Maintain and update lead and opportunity database in CRM, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights for sales teams
· Provide technical support and thought leadership for the Heat Transfer Fluids product line, learning technical details to effectively communicate product benefits
· Coordinate timely shipments in conjunction with operations team and logistics partners
· Engage with Supplier Partners to ensure smooth operations and alignment with sales goals
· Provide technical support and thought leadership for the Heat Transfer Fluid product line
· Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity, providing feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings
· Attend industry trade shows and assist with promoting the company’s products and services
· Collaborate with Business Development to provide sales forecasts and help define the company’s sales strategy within the AI and data center sectors
· Work with Customer Service and Sales Support to initiate and manage inbound sales processes, ensuring a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
· Ability to learn and understand complex technical products, particularly in the fields of AI, data centers, and heat transfer fluids
· Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a keen interest in technical learning and growth in AI and related industries
· Self-starter with a strong goal orientation and a passion for expanding knowledge in a technical field
· Coachable and open to adopting a growth mindset, particularly in rapidly evolving technical areas
· Ability to research new market opportunities, trends, and innovations in AI, data centers, and related fields
· Experience in sales, logistics, or marketing preferred, with a willingness to learn technical aspects of the industry
· Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools
