About The Role
As a founding member of our client's GTM team, you'll own our outbound strategy and have the responsibility of generating pipeline. This is a ground-floor opportunity to be the first Sales Development Representative (SDR) at our client and help shape our go-to-market strategy. You'll be joining a fast-paced startup environment where your role will evolve as we grow. You'll have the autonomy to experiment with different approaches and directly impact our sales pipeline development. For the right candidate, this role offers a clear path to progress into an Account Executive position as they expand their GTM org.
A Day in the Life :
- Start your day with a clear plan, diving into targeted prospecting across channels (primarily cold emailing)
- Conduct research on and reach out to target accounts and prospects constantly, mainly through outbound (cold calling, cold emailing)
- Leverage your deep knowledge of essential SDR tools (CRMs, outreach platforms, research tools) to streamline your workflow and manage a robust pipeline
- Continuously refine and optimize our outreach process—experience as an early-stage SDR is preferred here
- Maintain meticulous records of all prospect interactions in our CRM to ensure a smooth handoff to the founders
- Collaborate with founders and colleagues to share insights and feedback that drive our growth

Pay Transparency
The annual base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $75,000, with commission and on-target earnings up to $90,000 - $100,000.
