In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and passion for data-driven solutions to optimize our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). From crafting insightful reports to managing seamless integrations, you will ensure the HR systems support the people and business objectives with precision and efficiency.This is a Direct Hire, Full Time position, under a W2 (not open to C2C). Position is Hybrid, must be able to work on-site 3 days a week in Contra Costa County, CA. Covid Vaccination required.Employer is not able to support in visa transfer or sponsorship at this time.Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis : Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and audit tools that turn complex data into actionable insights.System Optimization : Evaluate and refine system settings, rules, and integrations to enhance efficiency and compliance.End-User Support : Provide timely, effective end-user support and troubleshoot complex issues with innovative resolutions.Data Integration : Manage seamless data integrations across platforms, ensuring a smooth and consistent flow of information.QualificationsMinimum 3 years in HRIS administration and analysis, or a related role.A strong track record of end-user support and system configuration.3 years of SQL, relational databases, and HRIS reporting tools.Expert in Excel, with solid skills in Power BI, Access, and other Microsoft Office products.Strong experience in reporting functions.A detail-oriented approach to analyzing data and improving processes.A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Expected Salary and Benefits : 115,000 - 135,000#J-18808-Ljbffr
