Learning Skills, Part-Time Instructors

Hartnell College is currently accepting applications to establish a pool of qualified applicants to teach in-person assignments in the discipline. The department is actively recruiting.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 

• Any master's degree level discipline in which learning assistance or tutoring is provided at the college where the coordinator is employed;

• OR A master's degree in education, educational psychology, or instructional psychology, or other master's degree with emphasis in adult learning theory

 

(NOTE: Minimum qualifications do not apply to tutoring or learning assistance for which no apportionment is claimed.)

All coursework must be from a regionally accredited college or university. Note: Transcripts for degrees earned outside the U.S. must be accompanied by an evaluation from an approved NACES service verifying that the degree is equivalent to the U.S. degree.
