Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various construction disciplines and be able to work on remodeling projects efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Perform various remodeling tasks such as concrete finishing, glass installation, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, masonry work, and heavy equipment operation.
- Execute fixture installations with precision and attention to detail.
- Oversee construction management aspects of remodeling projects.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in remodeling with proficiency in concrete finishing, glass installation, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, masonry work, heavy equipment operation, fixture installation, and construction management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Certification or training in remodeling is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
