Responsibilities

- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage office correspondence, including emails and mail distribution.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents.
- Support office management duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).

- Familiarity with dental or medical receptionist duties is a plus.
