Requirements
Must be at least 25 years of ageHigh School Diploma or General Education DegreeClass A / B CDL - Valid (Clean Driving Record / MVR)Would prefer a NCCO CertificationWithout Certification - minimum 3yrs experience on Knuckle Booms (preferably in the construction industry & load securement)Ability to communicate with customersKnowledge DOT requirementsSelf-motivated & able to perform role with minimal directionKnowledge of repair & maintenanceAbility to operate forklifts / MoffettFamiliarity with delivery driver responsibilitiesMaintain a valid driver's license (Class A or B CDL)Maintain an acceptable MVR and current DOT Medical cardMeet scheduling requirements as outlined by Shipping ManagerPre & post trip vehicle inspectionsMaintain vehicle mileage log (electronic and paper)Complete paperwork correctly (shippers / return slips)Check and secure loadsOperate a boom type crane as neededAccurately track delivery and pick-up of A-racks and slot racksLog in patterns and returned itemsLoads truck as neededIssues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or deliveryAble to pass DOT regulated drug / alcohol screenAdhere to all DOT guidelinesAbility to lift up to 75 poundsAbility to provide stellar customer service and resolve issues as needGreat attendance and work ethicOther duties as assigned
