Position Overview :
As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead and oversee the plant maintenance team, ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient operation of all plant machinery and equipment. This hands-on role requires effective supervision of a dedicated team while working collaboratively with operations to minimize disruptions and maintain high productivity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Strategic Maintenance Planning : Contribute to strategic plans by providing maintenance insights; ensure adherence to production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve maintenance-related issues.
- Financial Management : Develop and manage the maintenance budget; monitor expenditures; identify and address variances.
- System Evaluation and Reliability : Assess the functionality and reliability of facility systems; collaborate with operating departments to identify and address issues.
- Preventive Maintenance : Implement and manage a preventive maintenance program; oversee system and equipment testing; repair or replace faulty components.
- Continuous Improvement : Analyze performance results; recommend and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
- Safety and Compliance : Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by following standards, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Knowledge Development : Stay current with industry trends through educational opportunities and technical publications.
- Maintenance Scheduling : Prepare schedules; assign and oversee work; manage KPIs.
- Process Control : Implement process controls to minimize production, quality, and on-time delivery issues.
